Behind the Scenes of Lincoln on 3-Perf

Released in the USA on October 8th, Lincoln is the latest work from cinematographer Janusz Kaminski. The film was shot on KODAK VISION3 500T Color Negative Film 5219 and VISION3 250D Color Negative Film 5207 in 35mm 3-Perf.

Here are a couple photos from the production showing Speilberg and Kaminski on set.

The added run time of shooting 3-perf was a benefit in many ways. Such as the ability for longer takes and the cost savings.

Mr. Kaminski joined us on a panel discussion at Cinegear not too long ago and here's what he had to say about working with Steven Spielberg and shooting Lincoln on 3-perf.
